EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing QUEEN JOCELYN. Wish our products bring you a happy day. We have done the best quality control for the product. When you need assistant for the product issue, the following tips will provide the solutions:

4. Received damaged or wrong product :

   1)Consumer may "exchange(return the wrong one and get the correct one)" or "refund".

   2)Please contact us with above phone number or email address. 

   3)We provide the new correct product  for the exchange. Or you may get refund while the product is out of stock.

  4)Exchange your product or refund with the following: product, warranty card, packaging, and invoice. We only accept unused/new product.

   5)Please provide the information of consumer for the shipping(recipient, address, cellphone number).     

   6)The consumer will not be charged for the shipping fee of #4.

5.Excepted #4, we only accept "return" if you are not satisfied with the product. Free return within 7 days. 

   1)Return your product with the following: product, warranty card, packaging, and invoice.

   2)We only accept unused/new product for return.

   3)Please send the product back.

   4)The refund takes within 7~10 business days after receiving the product.

   5)All refund is subject to a NTD15 remittance charge. Mega International Commercial Bank excepted.
