Received an Incorrect or Defective Product?

We offer exchanges or full refunds. Please contact us via phone or email.

  • Only same-item exchanges are available unless the original jewelry is out of stock, in which case a full refund will be issued.
  • The jewelry must be brand new, unused, and in its original packaging for an exchange.
  • For exchanges, please include:
    • Product
    • Warranty card
    • Packaging
    • Invoice
    • Any included gifts or accessories
  • Provide your name, address, and phone number for reshipment.
  • Queen Jocelyn will cover all shipping costs for incorrect or defective product exchanges.

Returns Policy

Except of incorrect or defective items, we only offer returns, not exchanges.

If the received product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 7 days of receipt (Starting from the next day after receiving the product, including weekends and holidays). If the 7th day falls on a public holiday, the return period extends to the next business day.

Return & Refund Process

  • Customers must cover return shipping costs and send the product back to our company.
  • The product must be brand new, unused, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Include the following items when returning:
    • Product
    • Warranty card
    • Packaging
    • Invoice
    • Any included gifts or accessories
  • Provide your bank account details, name, and phone number for the refund.
  • Refund processing takes approximately 7–10 business days after we confirm the return.
  • NTD$15 remittance fee will be deducted from the refund, except for Mega International Commercial Bank accounts.
  • If you experience any issues during the return period, please contact us immediately to avoid losing your return rights.
Additional Information
  • Product colors may vary slightly due to different screen displays. The actual product color will prevail.
  • Discounted purchases made outside of promotional periods do not qualify for refunds or price adjustments.
  • Queen Jocelyn provides complete packaging, including a warranty card, gift box or velvet pouch, and a shopping bag. Packaging may vary by product, and images are for reference only.
